Beehive bun & butterscotch sauce

I've done baking beehive bun and butterscotch sauce with my buddy. Since we are waiting for final exam preparation we ask management to used the kitchen. 

This is a simple recipe:

Yogurt beehive bun:
Hi protein flour 500 g
Milk powder 2 tbsp
1 egg
Fresh milk 250 ml
Yeast 8 g
Butter 40 g
Castor sugar 40 g
Plain yogurt 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp

Black sesame
Pumpkin seed
Almond flake

Butterscotch sauce:
Cream 250 g
Brown sugar 250 g
Butter 50 g
A pinch of salt

1. Mix flour, milk powder, yeast and baking powder in bowl.
2. Add butter and mix together.
3. Add an egg and yogurt mix it.
4. Finally pour the fresh milk. Mix until become dough. Do membrane test. Rest the dough about 20 minute.
5. After that divide dough 20 g each. Arrange them in aluminium foil case. Allowed them to rise double.
6. Glaze with egg wash. Put on top of dough black sesame, pumpkin seed and almond flake.
7. Bake for 20-25 minute 180°c.

Prepared the butterscotch sauce
1. Put the butter and brown sugar in pan. Heat up until bubbling.
2. Pour into cream. Dash some salt. Add some vanilla essence.
3. Mix all together. Let cool for a while before pour onto dough.

Best served warm.
